BOOKING POLICY

CHECK OUT 11:00 (60 minutes of tolerance without charges)

Changes or cancellations:
From time booking fee of 10% for any change or cancellation is 3 days or less of arrival is charged 100% of the first night or 100% of the total package in office.

Children under 12 years free of charge in Double or Junior Suite Category, 13 years shall be deemed to have adults be charged.

For booking in weekendsa minimum of two nights stay is required.

REGULATIONS FOR PETS
Travel Tepoztlan Morelos with your best friend. POSADA DEL TEPOZTECO welcomes your pet, know our rules and take note of the following requirements:
• Your pet must have a maximum weight of 33 Lb.
• We have only two standard rooms with a double bed which by its nature and location are the only ones listed as Pet Friendly in Posada Del Tepozteco, so it is suggested to book in advance, any other room category pets are not allowed .
• Only one pet per room is allowed.
• Every owner should bring the bed or mat, as well as the container for water and food for the pet.
• WITHOUT EXCEPTION you should have your pet properly leashed at all times within the hotel.
• All pets should be supervised by a person at all times.
• It is forbidden pets sleep on the room furniture.
• Under no circumstances it is allowed to leave the pet inside the room without its owner for more than two hours. If we detect this situation we will proceed to call the appropriate authorities to remove the pet from the room.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area and inside the dining room. Pets can be on the restaurant terrace leashed and supervised by its owner at all times.
• It´s the obligation of the owner always carry plastic bags to collect drops of the pet.
• Any damage or injury caused by your pet to any person, pet or property will be full responsibility of its owner.
• You must respect the space and tranquility of the other guests.
• The hygiene of the pet as well as the area where remains is the owner's responsibility.
• The maid can’t access the room to clean it if the pet is inside the room without their owner.
• We ask you must be responsible for your pet behavior.
• It is required to sign this agreement during the check-in or registration as a restaurant guest.
• The hotel management reserves the right to admit or not admit the pet at their own discretion.
